Terms & Content Policy

These terms are an agreement between you and Obsesssed. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Obsesssed.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Obsesssed, since the app contains user-generated content.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity on your account. You may delete it at any time from Settings → Delete account.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Obsesssed a limited license to store and display your content to your accepted friends so the app can function. We don't use your content for advertising and we don't sell it.

Obsesssed+ subscriptions

The full daily ritual is free. Obsesssed+ is an optional upgrade that unlocks extras — all accent colors, alternate app icons, unlimited daily edits, your recap, and the vinyl widget. It's offered as:

• Monthly — $1.99 / month (auto-renewing)
• Yearly — $9.99 / year (auto-renewing)
• Lifetime — $19.99, a one-time purchase

Prices are in USD and may vary by region; the exact price is shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID through the App Store. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Obsesssed+ until the period ends. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Losing Obsesssed+ never deletes your obsesssions or friendships — it only locks the extras.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Obsesssed has a strict, no-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or link to content that is:

• harassing, threatening, hateful, or that targets people based on identity;
• sexually explicit, or sexualizing minors in any way;
• violent, graphic, or that promotes self-harm;
• illegal, infringing, or that violates someone's privacy;
• spam, scams, or impersonation.

Reporting, blocking & moderation

Every obsesssion and every user can be reported and blocked from inside the app. We review reports and act on violating content or accounts within 24 hours — removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts as needed. Blocking a user immediately hides you from each other.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Obsesssed and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

Obsesssed is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsesssed is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and surface material changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
