how do i add friends?
open the friends tab and search a username. send a request; once they accept, you each show up in the other's today.
how do i set today's obsesssion?
tap compose on today, or tap a widget. type the thing, pick a category, post. you get one a day, and posting again just updates it.
my widget isn't updating.
open the app once so it refreshes, then give the widget a minute. they update in the background, so there's sometimes a short lag. friends' photos show up after the next sync.
how do i report or block someone?
tap any obsesssion or profile to report it, or block a user from their profile. we read reports and act on violations within 24 hours.
how do i turn notifications on or off?
settings, then notifications. the "a friend posted" alert and the daily nudge toggle separately, so you can keep one and drop the other.
how do i delete my account?
settings, then delete account. it wipes your profile, obsesssions, photos, and friendships for good, and revokes your sign-in. no hidden copy.

we don't tolerate objectionable content. report or block any user or post from inside the app, and we act on violations within 24 hours. the full rules live in our terms & content policy.
